WOOD Environment is doing some work on Thorburn Road and Portugal Cove Road this weekend on the Road Weather Information Systems;
Roads will be open and controlled by flag persons in the work zone. Inspectors will be on site.

The City of St. John’s advises the public that a scheduled blast will occur at Robin Hood Bay on Sunday, Nov. 13 at approximately 9 a.m.
The blast is happening on the east end of the landfill site in the quarry area. The purpose of the blast is for rock production as part of a recent contract awarded to Capital Ready-Mix.
Marshalls will be stationed along the East Coast Trail to inform hikers who may be in the area at the time.
The public are asked to avoid this area on Sunday morning.
