All City of St. John’s recreation facilities and community centres will remain closed Tuesday morning, Feb. 9. City staff are reviewing the new guidance from Public Health officials received today and a further announcement will be made before noon on Feb. 9 regarding ongoing programming.

Robin Hood Bay Regional Waste Management Facility is open and regular waste collection is going ahead as scheduled.

Six parking spaces have been rented prohibiting public parking on Queen St. between George St.and New Gower St. (parking zone 1307) to accomodate service vehicles for a film shoot.
Motorists are advised that a driving lane will be reduced on New Gower Street between Buchannan Street and Waldegrave Street to facilitate area construction. Flag persons will be on site.
