The City of St. John's posts public advisories whenever we have an interruption in service to ensure the public is kept informed. Some of the categories of advisories include water, garbage, recreation, traffic and building closures. The view below lists advisories that are upcoming or currently on-going.

The City will be working on the following streets from May 20 to 23 under the street rehabilitation program. Commuters may experience traffic delays in these areas.
...Craigmillar Avenue will be closed to through traffic starting Tuesday, May 20, for approximately 12 weeks to facilitate infrastructure upgrading. All traffic will be detoured. Access will be maintained for local residents only.

Road work continues on Bay Bulls Road between Royal Oak Drive and Old Bay Bulls Road to facilitate infrastructure improvements. It is expected to be completed by the end of August 2014.

Traffic along Portugal Cove Road, from New Cove Road to Macdonald Drive, has been reduced to a single lane in both directions to facilitate replacement of the watermain.
