The City is considering a text amendment to the St. John’s Development Regulations, that would revise the maximum driveway width in the Residential Reduced Lot (RRL) Zone. Currently, driveways are permitted to be a maximum of 3.6 metres. The City is considering allowing larger driveways, subject to meeting the requirements of a snow storage plan.

The application is a Home Occupation for a child/adolescent psychiatric clinic. The clinic is operated by the owner and has a floor area of 18.5m2. Hours of operation are Monday to Wednesday, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Patients are seen by appointment only, which range from 20 minutes to 1 hour, with buffer time between. On-site parking is provided.
