Rezoning - 705 Southlands Boulevard

The City of St. John’s is considering an application from 10718 Newfoundland Inc. to rezone land in the area of 705 Southlands Boulevard to the Commercial Regional (CR) and Apartment High Density (A3) Zones. The purpose of the rezoning is to allow for the future commercial and residential development of Galway.
