Rezoning - 571 Empire Avenue

The City of St. John's has received an application to rezone property located at 571 Empire Avenue from the Residential Low Density (R1) Zone to the Residential Medium Density (R2) Zone. The purpose of the rezoning is to subdivide and develop a single detached dwelling on the new lot.
