Notice of Registration - 75 Airport Heights Drive

The St. John’s Municipal Plan Amendment Number 153, 2020, and St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 700, 2020, adopted on the second day of December, 2019, and approved on the second day of March, 2020, have been registered by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment.
 
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Municipal Plan Amendment Number 153, 2020, is to redesignate land at 75 Airport Heights Drive from the Residential Low Density (RLD) Land Use District to the Commercial General (CG) Land Use District, to allow commercial development. 
 
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 700, 2020, is to rezone land at 75 Airport Heights Drive from the Commercial Local (CL) Zone to the Commercial Neighbourhood (CN) Zone, to allow commercial development.
