Application - 50 Bonaventure Avenue

A Discretionary Use application has been submitted by Georgestown Inn Inc. for revised operating times for the Eating Establishment and to allow a Take-out Use at 50 Bonaventure Avenue.
The existing Eating Establishment (Tea Room) within the Bed and Breakfast operates annually October 1 – June 1, Friday, Saturday and Sunday for 1 scheduled seating for 6 tables at 3 p.m. (by reservation only). The proposed months of operation are now proposed to be temporarily extended for this summer to September 30.
A Take-out Use is also proposed for the site. Hours of operation are (year-round) Friday, Saturday and Sunday, noon to 3 p.m., with pickup times staggered by 15 minutes. The Take-out window would be located at the front of the building, 4 parking spaces are provided on-site. Parking relief will be required.
