Application - 285 Pennywell Road

A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting to occupy a portion of 285 Pennywell Road as a Home Occupation for a Registered Massage Therapist.
 
The proposed business will occupy a floor area of approximate 20 m2 and will operate Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m.- 8:30 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Sessions will be by appointment only with one client per session and 30-minute intervals between each appointment with a maximum six sessions per day. On-site parking is available.
