A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted by The Battery Café requesting municipal approval for an Outdoor Eating Area for the café located at 1 Duckworth Street.
Food and alcohol will be served on the patio in accordance with Restaurant Liquor Licensing requirements. The area will be approximately 48m2 and is located on the side of the building facing Battery Road. The operating hours for the patio will be in line with the current business operation, weather permitting.
