A Restoration of Non-Conforming Use Application has been submitted requesting Municipal approval to reconstruct a building at 20 Roberts Road.
 
The building will be used for storage of items such as boats, campers and related equipment. It will replace the prior buildings 743.2m2 (two 50 foot by 80 foot buildings) which were destroyed by fire. The proposed building will be located between the two existing buildings on the site and will have a total floor area of 195m2 (30 foot by 70 foot).
