An Extension to Non-Conforming Use application has been submitted for 2 Beauford Place.
The proposed 6m2 (8’x8’) extension will be located at the front of the Dwelling to accommodate a porch. A request has also been submitted to Council to reduce the Building Line to 5.87m to accommodate the extension.
