A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted requesting permission to convert a portion of the main floor (95m2) at 171-179 Elizabeth Avenue from Commercial Use into two Accessible Dwelling Units. The units will be located along Elizabeth Avenue on opposite corners of the wing. Each unit will be one-bedroom and will measure 55m2 and 40m2 in size. On-site parking is provided.
