A Change of Non-Conforming Use Application has been submitted at 29 Howley Avenue Extension.
The proposed change of Non-Conforming Use is from a Barbershop to a Pet Grooming Salon, which will occupy a floor area of 37.4m2. The proposed hours of operation are Wednesday - Saturday 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Clients are seen by both appointment and drop in (10 minute maximum otherwise appointment required). Pets are dropped off and each appointment lasts 1 to 5 hours, with up to 3 pets at a time. The business will employ 2 people including the applicant.
