Residents of St. John's are advised that there is a water main break on Fermeuse Street between Cowan Avenue and Burgeo Street. Crews are currently working on repairs and anticipate the work to be completed by 1p.m. today, Saturday, October 29, 2016.

Residents of St. John's are advised there are water main repairs ongoing on Pine Bud Avenue. Affected areas are those on Pine Bud Avenue, Carpasian Road and Rowan Street.  Crews are currently working on repairs and anticipate the work to be completed by 6 p.m.

Residents and motorists are advised that Newfoundland Power will be doing work in the area of Battery Road from top of School House Hill towards Outer Battery and Fort Waldegrave.

This will be in effect  Wednesday, October 5 from 9a.m. to 3p.m. and October 12 from 9a.m. to 1p.m.

As part of the ongoing investigation work to evaluate trenchless technologies for Water Street infrastructure improvements, water flow tests are required on various hydrants along Water Street from Waldegrave Street to Prescott Street to confirm capacity of the existing water mains.
