For National Health & Fitness Day we are encouraging outdoor active free play in particular as it promotes healthy lifestyles and social connections that support positive mental health.

National Youth Week recognizes youth and their active participation in the community whether it is through theatre, recreation, sport, art, volunteering, leadership or community engagement.

The City of St. John's is a vibrant place to live, work and play. The City is pleased to offer a wide variety of services to our residents.
