Aquatic Fitness Instructor Workshop This workshop will focus on educating participants on how to develop and lead a shallow and deep end fitness class. Sessions include basic human anatomy and physiology, nutrition, aquatic exercise design and safety, principles of aquatic training and much, much more. Sept 2 to Oct 1 $150

Power Yoga Power Yoga is a challenging and vigourous class that builds strength and flexibility through a series of inter-linking and challenging movements. This class is designed for participants with several years of intermediate yoga practice behind them. Yin Yoga Yin Yoga is a quiet, introspective practice, which seeks to improve flexibility and circulation in the joints by applying moderate stress to the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons and fascia), mainly in the mid to lower body. TABATA  New* TABATA is a type of high-intensity interval training (HITT). Its consists of eight rounds of high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval.
