City's Engagement Team

The City’s engagement team is part of the division of Organizational Performance & Strategy within the Department of Finance & Administration.

The engagement team has accountability for implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the City's public engagement framework. The team leads public engagement activities that support corporate strategy and advance organizational goals. The results of public engagement are used to help inform decisions on a variety of City projects and initiatives. City projects that have involved public engagement include automated garbage collection, Kenmount Terrace Community Park, City Budget, the Torbay Road Area Transportation Study, and the Paul Reynolds Community Centre.
