Steve Bruneau is a Professor of Engineering at Memorial University. He is a world-renowned ice researcher and the author of two books on icebergs. His research focuses on ice loads on arctic ships and structures.

Pint of Science happens at the same time in over 10 countries around the world. It is an event where scientists have the opportunity to inform the general public about cool research happening in their area, while having a pint of beer.

This is a free event and open to anyone over the age of 19. There are 3 different nights with 3 different research topics, discussed by multiple professors from Memorial Univeristy. Learn more at
