Summer Employment

The application period for summer employment is now closed. Applications submitted now, after the deadline date of Monday, April 10, may not be considered. 

Each application is assessed based on the qualifications outlined in the job posting. Due to the high volume of applications received we are unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding the status of applications. From the time the competition closes the screening process can take up to two months, depending on the volume of applicants and the complexity of the position.

Interviews are anticipated to begin mid-April and will be ongoing throughout the months of April to June until all positions are filled. Thank you for your interest in working with the City of St. John's.
