This is the last week to drop off natural, undecorated Christmas trees to be chipped and used in future landscaping projects in City parks and open spaces.

The Winter On-Street Parking Ban for streets outside downtown begins at 12:30 a.m. Wed. Jan.3, 2018 and is effect daily from 12:30-7:30 a.m. regardless of conditions.

Downtown parking restriction Duckworth St and Water St
To enhance snow clearing and accessibility in the downtown, the City is introducing a new parking restriction from 3:30 to 6:30 a.m. daily on Water St. and Duckworth St. beginning mid-January.

Construction will begin in the coming weeks to replace the existing Goulds Sewage Pumping Station located at 557 Main Road. A new modernized facility will be built adjacent to the old facility.
